Tony Remington is a seasoned healthcare industry leader with over 20 years of experience in management roles across multinational corporations and venture-backed startups. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Gravity Diagnostics, a CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited laboratory based in Covington, Kentucky, Tony has been instrumental in delivering value-based medical solutions with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and transformative patient care through physician education. Under his leadership, Gravity Diagnostics has experienced significant growth, processing over 4 million COVID-19 samples during the pandemic and expanding its workforce from 30 to over 400 employees. The company has been recognized as the fastest-growing in the Greater Cincinnati area, and Tony was honored with the 2022 C-Suite Award by the Cincinnati Business Courier. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science from Bentley University and an MBA from Boston College. When we started Gravity, several successful CEOs took the time to meet with us without any expectation of return, simply to assist us during those early, challenging entrepreneurial days. Julie and I want to do our best to be there for small startups that need assistance. Additionally, our involvement with the Kentucky Health Department during the pandemic, and Gravity’s assistance and success, are among the main pillars of why this project was initiated.​
