Duane Clark is the Chairman of the Executive Committee at LifeSciKY and the General Manager of Rare Diseases at Sanofi. A senior healthcare industry leader, he brings over 35 years of experience across Rare Disease, MS, Rheumatology, Transplantation, Oncology, and Primary Care. Throughout his career, he has held executive leadership positions in General Management, Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Project Management, and Consulting/CRO. He has led high-performing organizations across the U.S., Europe, and Canada.
A firm believer in a one-team, common-goals, single-mission mindset, Duane fosters collaboration and high-performance leadership. His passion for developing next-generation talent fuels his commitment to shaping the future of healthcare leadership.
Beyond his professional work, Duane finds balance through physical fitness, triathlons, scuba diving, motorcycle riding, cooking, and beach relaxation, along with prayer and meditation. He is a strong advocate for community service, supporting the homeless through Caritas and contributing to Kentucky’s economic development through LifeSciKY.
