LifeSciKY has announced Dr. Christin Godale as its new Executive Director, bringing deep expertise in neuroscience, venture capital, and startup development. Under her leadership, the organization will expand research initiatives, support biotech startups, and strengthen industry partnerships. Her appointment represents a significant step in positioning Covington as a leader in life sciences innovation and economic development.

Construction on the OneNKY Center has passed the halfway point, marking a significant milestone for Northern Kentucky’s innovation economy. The center will serve as a hub for business development, entrepreneurship, and life sciences growth, with LifeSciKY’s state-of-the-art wet lab set to anchor the space. The project is expected to attract investment, startups, and top talent, further solidifying Covington as a destination for biotech and research innovation.


Covington Life Sciences Partners (LifeSciKY) is a nonprofit organization founded in 2022 to position Northern Kentucky as a hub for life sciences innovation. Spearheaded by leaders from Bexion Pharmaceuticals and St. Elizabeth Healthcare, LifeSciKY’s mission is to foster scientific and entrepreneurial growth. Under the leadership of Christin Godale, the organization is set to open a new 15,000-square-foot wet lab in 2025 within the OneNKY Center.
